A Brief Bio of Kirby M. Chan

I am a fourth generation Chinese-American and make my home in Sacramento, California. My parents were not wealthy, but they were hardworking and provided our family a life enriched with art, music, and culture. As a child, I was always noted for my constant reading and drawing. Nature has always inspired me as the handiwork of the Creator;  I have always desired to reflect that creative spirit. My English studies at the University of California at Davis have given me a love for literature and writing. Art New Media studies at American River College have given me a visual dimension for expressing the spark of creation. Thank you for letting me share this vision with you.
